Profile & Settings
All practice configuration lives under Settings (gear icon in the navigation). Here's what each section covers.
Profile tab
Basic information
- Name — Your display name
- Phone Number — Auto-formatted as you type
Professional licenses
Manage your state licenses:
- License Number (required)
- License State (required — dropdown of all 50 states)
- Online Record Link (optional — link to your state licensing board)
You can add multiple licenses if you're licensed in more than one state.
Education
Track your degrees and certifications:
- Degree Name
- Level — Associate, Bachelor's, Master's, Doctorate, PhD, Certificate, or Diploma
- Institution
- Year
Professional details
- Professional Credentials — e.g., OTR/L, PT, DPT, SLP, BCBA
- Years of Experience
- Specialties — Multi-select from the same list you chose during onboarding
- Professional Bio — Free-text description of your practice and approach
Business information
- NPI Number — Required for super bills
- TIN Number — Required for super bills
- Practice Address — Street, City, State, ZIP
Provider signature
Draw your signature on the signature pad. This is used on documents and super bills. An audit trail records your device info and timestamp automatically.
Account tab
- Email and password management
- Account actions (logout, etc.)
- Danger zone (account deletion)
Calendar tab
Calendar display preferences — customize how your calendar looks and behaves.
Notifications tab
Control which notifications you receive and how (push notifications, email).
Privacy & Security tab
- Privacy settings for how client information is displayed
- Security PIN — Set or update your app PIN
Scheduling Rules tab
Configure your availability and scheduling behavior across multiple levels:
- Therapist — Your personal availability, buffer times between sessions, cancellation policy, holidays, vacations, and timezone
- Institution — Hours and holidays for schools or facilities you work at
- Room — Room-specific hours and exceptions
- Client — Client-specific scheduling rules
Sessions tab
- Materials — Create and manage material bags (collections of therapy materials). Mark materials as "always brought" so they appear in every session's AI activity generation.
- Structure — Create session templates with segments (e.g., Warm-up, Main Activity, Cool-down), durations, and guidelines.
Documents tab
Manage your document library — templates, forms, and other files.
Evaluations tab
Configure evaluation templates and intake forms for different disciplines.
Organizations & Access tab
Manage your practice entities, team members, and access controls. See Team Management for details.
Billing tab
- Payment methods — Your card on file for platform fees
- Stripe account — Connect or manage your Stripe Connect account
- Services — Session and evaluation services with pricing
- Billing frequency — Default billing schedule
- Fee policy — How processing fees are handled
