Creating Your Account

Getting started with Therativities takes just a few minutes.

Step 1: Sign up

  1. Go to app.therativities.com
  2. Click Create New Account
  3. Sign up with your Google account or create an account with your email and password
  4. Verify your email if signing up with email

Step 2: Choose your role

After signing in for the first time, you'll be asked to choose your role:

  • Therapist — You provide therapy services and manage client sessions
  • Parent — You want to track your child's therapy progress and activities
Parents

If you're a parent, you don't need to create an account on your own. Your child's therapist will send you an invitation email with a link to get started. See Parent Portal for details.

Step 3: Complete your profile (Therapists)

If you selected Therapist, you'll fill out a short onboarding form:

Basic information

  • Full Name (required)
  • Phone Number (required)
  • Professional Credentials — e.g., OTR/L, PT, DPT, SLP, BCBA

Professional licenses

You must add at least one license:

  • License Number (required)
  • License State (required)
  • Online Record Link — Optional link to your state licensing board record

Specialties

Select at least one specialty that describes your practice:

  • Occupational Therapy
  • Physical Therapy
  • Speech Therapy
  • Behavioral Therapy
  • Developmental Therapy
  • Behavior Analysis
  • Feeding Therapy
  • Vision Therapy
  • Autism Spectrum Disorders
  • Sensory Integration
  • Developmental Delays

After submitting, Therativities creates your therapist profile and a solo practice entity for you automatically.
